What we process, and why

Forms (contact, book a viewing, let your property). Name, email, phone and whatever you write (such as an address and housing needs). We use them to answer your enquiry and store them in our case system, Monday.com (processor, EU data-protection terms).

The chat assistant. Your messages are processed by Anthropic (Claude) to generate replies. The conversation itself is stored only in your own browser (sessionStorage) and disappears when you close the tab. Contact details you give in the chat are passed to Monday.com only if you agree to be contacted during the conversation.

My list. Your selected homes are stored only as ID numbers in your own browser (localStorage). They are sent to us only if you book a viewing.

Technical logs. Our servers (Microsoft Azure, North Europe) log timestamps, response codes and a correlation ID for troubleshooting. The contents of your messages and forms are not logged.

Fonts. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts; your IP address is thereby visible to Google.

What we do not do

No tracking cookies, no analytics tools, no marketing pixels. That is why there is no cookie banner — only strictly necessary storage in your own browser is used.

Retention

Enquiries are kept in Monday.com for as long as the customer relationship requires, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your data at any time.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and data portability. Write to cd@nordichousing.dk. You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet), Carl Jacobsens Vej 35, 2500 Valby.

Clear your local data

Your list and the chat conversation live only in your browser. Remove them by clearing site data for nordichousing.dk in your browser settings.
